We can't provide real-time one-to-one printer support, but we do use reader questions to inform new guides — so if you're stuck on a problem that isn't covered here, it's worth reaching out. Your question might become the next article.

We also welcome corrections. Our guides are updated regularly, but printer firmware and OS support changes faster than we can always track. If something we've written is now out of date, letting us know helps everyone.
