PrintLogReviews.online started as a personal log of printer fixes and frustrations. It turned into something more useful.
Most printer advice online falls into one of two categories: manufacturer documentation that carefully avoids mentioning known problems, or forum posts from 2011 that may or may not still apply. PrintLogReviews.online exists to fill that gap.
We started this site after one too many hours spent tracing obscure Windows registry entries and half-translated driver documentation to fix printers that should have just worked. Every guide here comes from a real problem someone on our team actually encountered — and fixed, after the kind of methodical troubleshooting that most support pages skip entirely.
We cover HP, Epson, Canon, Brother, Ricoh, and Kyocera printers across consumer and light commercial categories. Our focus is practical: what's broken, why it broke, and the specific steps that reliably fix it. We don't run sponsored content, we don't take manufacturer payments, and we don't recommend products in exchange for compensation.
If a guide on this site helped you — or if you've found an error, a missing case, or something we got wrong — we'd genuinely like to hear about it. Printer troubleshooting is a moving target, and keeping these guides accurate takes ongoing effort.
Spent seven years in IT support before focusing on consumer printer troubleshooting. Has personally worked through most of the Windows spooler and driver issues documented on this site.
Came to printer troubleshooting from a background in photography and print production. Particularly focused on colour accuracy, cartridge behaviour, and laser printer maintenance.
Networking background with a specific interest in the consumer wireless printing experience — which, as anyone who's set up a printer on a mesh network knows, could be considerably better.
